Mai-Wel's Support Coordination team, staff and Pauline's family all worked together and came up with a plan. Through an early plan review and some coordination, Pauline was able to hire a PWC to test out. The trial was a success, and after some back and forth phone calls and emails, funding for Pauline's new PWC- which can sometimes take months - was approved by the NDIA within the week!
