We are a family business, owned and run by locals, Roseanne and Mark Gaut. Roseanne was a long-standing employee of Dowling Maitland before being offered the opportunity to purchase the company in 2012.
The heart of our business is our team, we have a strong and united team of people who are committed to continually improving our property management and sale services to provide standout real estate experiences to our clients and customers.
Our company motto, ‘Real Trust, Real People’, was born from our desire to build real and long-lasting relationships with our clients which transcend the transactional nature of the industry.
Dowling Real Estate Maitland has been privately owned and operated since 2008. The business was purchased in July 2012 by long-standing employee, Roseanne Gaut and her husband Mark.
Since commencing ownership of Dowling Real Estate Maitland, the Gauts have made some big changes, investing in the best of real estate technology to provide an even higher quality service to our owners, vendors, tenants and creditors.
