Our primary purpose is to make a difference in the lives of people in our community, particularly the frail aged and those living with disabilities and dementia. We operate from four sites - at Tuggerah on the Central Coast and Maitland, Beresfield, and Dungog in the Hunter. The retirement of two Directors and the increasing focus on clinical expertise necessitates the recruitment of several experienced Non-Executive Directors - from both the Hunter and the Central Coast. The option of payment for time/expenses incurred in preparing for and attending Board meetings is available. REQUIRED: Clinical - Currency with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and evidence of Continued Professional Development, and recent clinical practice/clinical administration experience (RN ideal) or Financial - CA/CPA/IPA qualification, and Solid understanding and experience in strategic financial, reporting and trend analysis of the balance sheet, cash flow etc or ICT/HR qualifications and relevant experience and Governance experience with a medium/large not-for-profit organisation A deep understanding of the governance duties of Non-Executive Directors A demonstrable passion for innovation A strong alignment with ADSSI Limited's Vision, Purpose and Values Experience in the aged or disability environments is highly desirable.
