Council News Lease - Community Land Gillieston Heights Community Hub In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Maitland City Council proposes to grant a lease in respect of community land, as follows: Property: Part of Lot 1 DP122006, Suite 1, Gillieston Heights Community Centre, 25 Redwood Drive, Gillieston Heights. Lease Term: Five year term, commencing 1 December 2024, with a five year option. Permitted Use: Office space for case managers, and support staff for the Maitland Community. Lessee: Novacare Community Services Limited. Persons wishing to comment on the proposed lease should do so by 5.00pm on Friday 15 November 2024.
